Letting Go of Diets: Journey to Empowerment (Judith)
This workshop will offer an overview to help participants understand how to have a healthy relationship with food, their bodies, and ultimately themselves. Based on the lessons presented in The Diet Survivor's Handbook: 60 Lessons in Eating, Acceptance and Self-Care, participants will learn the Health At Every Size approach including how to break the diet/binge cycle, make peace with food, enhance physical and emotional well-being, and live more fully in the world.
Follow-up groups available for additional support.
Workshops take place on the North Shore.
Cost: $45.00 (Includes a free copy of The Diet Survivor's Handbook)

Participants will enjoy a day of enriching and renweing mind, body and spirit, and will include comedian and keynote speaker, Rabbi Bob Alper.

Intuitive Eating: Feeding Yourself From The Inside Out (Judith)
Join Judith Matz, LCSW, therapist and co-author of The Diet Survivor’s Handbook: 60 Lessons in Eating, Acceptance and Self-Care,
as she discusses the concepts of using internal cues for physical hunger to decide when, what, and how much to eat. She will explain how to break the diet/binge cycle and how to end emotional overeating. Judith will also talk about how to build a stronger body image, the Health At Every Size framework that promotes physical and emotional wellness, and how nutrition ultimately figures into self-care.
